Bill Hodges - EFIAP APSNZ
I first became interested in Photography when my father showed me how to develop and print Black & White back in the 1950s.
I joined my first photographic club (Southland Photographic Society) in 1958.
In 1959 I joined the Royal New Zealand Navy 32 years later I and settled in Tauranga, New Zealand a set up a small photographic business working from home My work was mainly weddings and a small amount of commercial.
I also supplied stock Libraries. I’m now retired. I‘m a member of the Tauranga and North Shore Photographic Societies and a member of the Photographic Society of New Zealand. Been awarded PSNZ Service award. Once I spent many hours in the Darkroom now those hours are spent on the computer. Love doing PJ, People, Nature and creative images.
I have won numerous awards Nationally & International. I have gained my EFIAP, and APSNZ distinctions.
